At noon of June 30, 2015, I suffered sudden and severe shortness of breath, tachycardia, and a drop in
blood pressure. Because of the severity of symptoms we had to urgently rush to the emergency room
of the GOOD SAMARITAN MEDICAL CENTER hospital (200 Exempla Cir, Lafayette, CO 80026),
which thankfully was within a 15-minute drive.
Precisely "had to"! The tests confirmed the suspected pulmonary embolism.
Diagnosis: "acute bilateral pulmonary embolus". It is important to note that no other severe pathology of the
organs and systems have been identified.
On September 10-th the follow up tests with the use of all modern methods of medical examination
discovered no traces of thrombosis.
The etiology of blood clots had never been established!
